Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to and use of Summit Radio Systems, including our Roblox, TeamSpeak, Discord, licensing, verification, desktop, and related services.

Effective: October 24, 2026  •  Last updated: October 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, purchasing, configuring, or using Summit Radio Systems (“Summit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

Summit provides software and integration services for Roblox communities, including radio functionality, TeamSpeak integration, Discord administration, community configuration, license management, and Roblox experience verification.

Features may change as Summit is developed, maintained, or improved.

3. Licenses and Authorized Deployments

A Summit license grants a limited right to use the licensed Summit software and services according to the deployment limits and entitlements assigned to that license.

Unless otherwise stated by Summit, a standard commercial deployment may be limited to specific Roblox Universe IDs and a specific TeamSpeak virtual server UID. License bindings, deployment limits, and exceptions are determined by the license issued to the customer.

You may not bypass, defeat, falsify, or interfere with Summit licensing, deployment verification, authorization checks, or technical restrictions.

4. Roblox Verification

Summit may require Roblox OAuth and Bloxlink verification to confirm that a license holder is authorized to configure a Roblox experience associated with a Summit deployment.

You agree to provide accurate information and to authorize only Roblox resources that you have permission to configure.

5. Accounts, Communities, and Security

You are responsible for maintaining control of the Discord, Roblox, TeamSpeak, and other accounts or servers used with Summit and for limiting administrative access to trusted individuals.

You may not share Summit credentials, tokens, license credentials, or other protected access information with unauthorized parties.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use Summit to:

  • Violate applicable law or third-party rights.
  • Gain unauthorized access to accounts, communities, servers, services, or data.
  • Abuse, disrupt, overload, or intentionally damage Summit services.
  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, copy, or provide Summit software outside the rights granted by your license.
  • Evade deployment limits, verification requirements, suspension, revocation, or other access controls.

7. Third-Party Services

Summit integrates with services operated by third parties, including Roblox, Discord, Bloxlink, and TeamSpeak. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements.

Summit is not responsible for outages, account actions, policy changes, API changes, or other events controlled by those third parties.

8. Suspension and Termination

Summit may suspend, restrict, or revoke access when reasonably necessary to enforce a license, respond to fraud or abuse, protect the service or its users, comply with legal obligations, or address a material violation of these Terms.

Expiration, suspension, or revocation of a license may prevent some or all Summit functionality from operating.

9. Availability and Changes

We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for development, compatibility, security, legal compliance, or service operation.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

10. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Summit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every third-party configuration, or freedom from all errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Summit Radio Systems will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, third-party platform actions, service interruptions, or unauthorized use of customer accounts or systems.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Summit changes. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Summit after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
