Summit Radio Systems (“Summit,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides software and integration services for Roblox communities, including radio functionality, community licensing, Roblox authorization, TeamSpeak integration, Discord administration, and related configuration services.
This Privacy Policy describes the information Summit may process when you use our services and integrations.
Information We Process
Depending on how you use Summit, we may process information including:
- Discord user IDs and Discord community/server identifiers.
- Roblox user IDs associated with account or ownership verification.
- Roblox Universe IDs selected for Summit licensing or configuration.
- Roblox OAuth authorization and verification information.
- TeamSpeak virtual server identifiers and radio-session information needed to provide the service.
- Summit community, license, entitlement, and deployment configuration.
- Radio profiles, channel authorization rules, and community access settings.
- Administrative, diagnostic, and security audit records.
- Technical information such as timestamps, network information, IP addresses, browser or application details, and standard server logs.
Roblox OAuth
Summit uses Roblox OAuth to verify that the Roblox account associated with a Summit license holder is authorized to configure a selected Roblox experience.
During verification, Summit may receive your Roblox user identity and information describing the Roblox resources you authorize.
OAuth access and refresh tokens are not retained as permanent customer identity information after verification. Summit stores only the verification information necessary to record that the selected Roblox Universe was successfully authorized and verified.
Bloxlink
Summit may use Bloxlink to determine the Roblox account associated with a Discord user. This information is used to confirm that the Roblox account completing OAuth verification matches the Roblox identity associated with the Summit license holder.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain Summit Radio Systems.
- Verify Roblox experience authorization and deployment eligibility.
- Validate Summit licenses, entitlements, and deployment restrictions.
- Connect and coordinate Roblox, TeamSpeak, and Discord functionality.
- Configure community radio systems and authorization rules.
- Prevent unauthorized, abusive, or duplicated license use.
- Diagnose technical problems and maintain service reliability.
- Maintain security and administrative audit records.
- Provide customer support and respond to service requests.
Sharing of Information
Summit does not sell personal information.
Information may be exchanged with third-party services when necessary to provide Summit functionality, including Roblox, Discord, Bloxlink, and TeamSpeak. Each third-party service operates under its own privacy practices and terms.
We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect Summit, our users, our services, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or unlawful activity.
Data Retention
Summit retains community, licensing, verification, configuration, security, and audit information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, enforce licenses, provide support, maintain security records, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable obligations.
Information that is no longer reasonably necessary may be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise de-identified.
Security
Summit uses reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.
No internet-based service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
Summit Radio Systems is intended primarily for community administrators, authorized community staff, and users of supported integrations. Summit does not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of creating consumer profiles or targeted advertising.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Summit Radio Systems develops, our integrations change, or legal and operational requirements evolve. When we make changes, the revised version will be posted with an updated effective or revision date.
